Portland area delivery days are Mondays and Thursdays

We do our best to bundle deliveries in order make the  most efficient routes possible.  Your order will be delivered within 6 days, on either the following Monday or Thursday, depending on delivery routes for that week.  You will get an email with details and a delivery date.

 We do not ship our products.  We offer delivery and pick up only.  When  asked for shipping address at checkout, please enter the address for delivery.  We deliver to businesses as well as homes. 

Please make a note in your order if there is a specific place you would like us to leave your order or if there are other delivery details we should know. 

If you do not have a dry, covered area for us to leave the order, please tell us so we can deliver your order in a dry 5 gallon bucket with lid.

We currently are offering in-person pick-up for online orders by appointment. 

Mason jars have a $1.00  deposit.  Jars can be returned upon your next delivery or visit to our store.  When we reclaim your deposit jars, a $1.00 credit will be made to your jar credit (coupon code).  An email with details will be sent to you after you return a jar(s).  

Mason jars are our preferred way of delivering our products without creating waste, and using them is the best option. You can easily pour your refill into your favorite empty container with the help of a funnel.

Alternatively, you can purchase one of our containers or use a mason jar pump lid, transforming the jar into a convenient dispenser.

Please return the empty mason jars during your next Simpson's Refill Co. delivery, and we will reuse them again and again.

Open Fridays from 11 AM to 4 PM, Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM, and Sundays from 12 PM to 4 PM.
